Financials


We accept most insurance (except Medicaid) and will gladly provide an outline of your benefits and file your insurance claims for you.

 

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express

MFD Dental Membership Plan

  • Prices:

    • $369 per year for the first member
    •  $349 for an additional adult family member
    • $299 for each child under 18

  • What it includes:

    • 2 exams with oral cancer screenings

    • 2 regular cleanings (for patients with healthy gum)*

    • Any x-rays needed

    • One emergency exam

    • 12% off all dental procedures.

  • For patients with gum disease requiring periodontal maintenance after deep cleaning, there will be a copay of $50 for the first two cleanings, and then 12% off for the 3rd or 4th periodontal maintenance visits.

  • Membership only available for patients with no insurance.

  • Membership is not transferable.

  • Membership duration is for one calendar year from registration date.
